What you describe is probably a very common problem. I can think of a person in my life right now who exhibits some the bad qualities you named. However, there are many good people around us, too, who want to work with us and know us better. I think the best plan is to find ways to grow closer with others whose values we share. These new productive relationships will fill up our time and our hearts. The ones who don’t understand us will naturally drift away.

Also, a situation like this presents a difficult yet incredible opportunity to communicate with the person we disagree with. Both may grow from the experience in ways we may not expect.

The two recent articles published in NEJM reporting modest if any improvments in life expectantcy for men with CaP calls into question the value of PSA testing. In addition, the recently published clinical guidelines fofrscreening for prostate cancer by the US Preventive Sevices Task Force, concludes: “Current evidence is insufficient to assess the balance of benefits and harms of screening for prostate cancer in men younger than age 75 years. (I statement).

The public needs to be awarre of the potential ramifications of PSA testing.
